Well, you clearly don’t understand what “consensus” means. It doesn’t require that every last biologist agrees, just that the overwhelmingly majority does, which they do.

The “function” of sex, and the nature of sex are different concepts. Nobody is denying that human reproduction relies on female and male gametes coming together. But this does not define sex in terms of sexual characteristics.

There is no “transgender theory”. This is a nonsense term made up by people determined to delegitimise transgender people, so I will not entertain it as a legitimate concern here.

And regarding your abhorrent comments on intersex people, firstly stop referring to such persons as having “disorders of sexual development” — that is a disgusting term that is not endorsed by any of the mainstream intersex organisations.

Secondly, yes, intersex IS a part of the sex spectrum. That’s the whole reason the term “intersex” exists, literally inter-sex. If you are unwilling to acknowledge the obvious fact that intersex persons are the very proof that sex is not a binary, then you have already proven your lack of interest in scientific truth.
