Please don't try to explain transphobia to me, a trans person. You do not get to judge which of my experiences and identities are valid.

Why oh why are transphobes so completely unable to grasp nuance?

Let me say it again:

If you reject someone, ONLY on the basis that they are transgender, that is transphobic.

Long term relationship goals, personal goals, etc. are not mentioned in this statement. So I'll say it again:

If you reject someone, ONLY on the basis that they are transgender, AND FOR NO OTHER REASON that is transphobic.

Are we getting it yet?

If you can posit good reasons why it's not good to work with a trans person, then that's acceptable. If you're just not attracted, that is also acceptable.

IF YOU REJECT SOMEONE FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN THEY ARE TRANS, THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

So, having had it explained to you 3 times now, what further conditions are you going to try and force to justify and unjustifiable prejudice?
